Sign Up Genius Instructions
If you have a SignUpGenius.com account then skip to step X
Step 1: Email Invitation
If you received an email from Chris Faust with an invitation from SignUpGenius then click on the Sign Up button in that email.
Step 2: Click New Account
Click New Account under the Login with Facebook button.
Step 3: Fill out the information
Fill out the information, check the box next to "I'm not a robot", and then click "Register now." SignUpGenius.com will send an email to activate your account.
Step 4: Verify Account
Open the email sent by SignUpGenius and click the Activate Your Account button to activate your account.
Step 5: Log In
You now should log into your account, which should be presented to you after verifying your account. If not then navigate to SignUpGenius.com and click Log In in the upper right corner. Use the email and password you used to sign up.
Step 6: KOG Sign Up Page
If you were invited you should see KOG Service Assistants under the Sign Ups I've Been Invited To section. Click on it.
Step 7: Sign Up
You will now see a page with dates and positions for each date. If the position says Sign Up next to it you can click the checkbox there to sign up for that position, otherwise it will list who is planning on filling that position. Click Submit and Sign Up at the bottom of the page after choosing a position and date to sign up for.
Step 8: Confirm Sign Up
You will be taken to a confirmation page to confirm sign up for the date and position you selected. You may choose an alternate name on the sign up if you share an email with a family member. When ready click Sign up Now to continue or Cancel to start over.
You will be taken to a final confirmation confirming you were signed up.
SignUpGenius.com will send a reminder email three days before the service if you are signed up to assist. If you cannot serve then call the church office immediately.
Cancel Sign Up
If for some reason you have signed up to assist with a service an can no longer serve, and it is more than a week out, please log in and cancel your spot.
Step 1: Login
Navigate to SignUpGenius.com and click Log In at the upper right corner. Enter your credentials and log in.
Step 2: Find Sign up to Cancel
Open the KOG Service Assistants signup and find the place where you signed up to serve. Click the x button under your name.
Step 3: Confirm Cancellation
You will be taken to a page to confirm cancellation. Click Yes - Delete to confirm.
Follow any additional prompts given.
